A: It depends on where you live and how well "stocked" your pantry is, so it's hard to say. If your pantry is already stocked with staples like common spices, oils and condiments (like soy sauce) then your grocery bill should be about the same as normal. 

Q: Is nutritional information included in this cookbook?

A: Nope! Why? Worrying about calories and macros is where healthy eating gets more complicated than it has to be. These recipes are made with whole, healthy ingredients and the portion sizes are up to you to adjust if needed.  

Q: Are the recipes gluten-free or dairy-free?

A: All of the vegan recipes in this digital cookbook are dairy-free. Most of the recipes are gluten-free and can easily be made gluten-free. In general, all recipes in this cookbook are easy to adjust!
